Summary/ConclusionSummaryIn a proverbial nutshell, what have we learned? That Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is not the sole Repetitive Stress Injury. That there is a mosaic of different RSIs that can comprise some work-related injuries. That little-known after-effects of RSIs can include, but not necessarily be limited to, job loss(es), depression, and bankruptcy. That traditional medicines approach of medications and surgery is not necessarily a cure-all (let alone cure one) for RSIs. ConclusionThe only person who really cares about your RSIs and medical treatments thereto is you. As previously discussed, doctors' RSI treatments consists of prescription medications and surgery that focus on alleviating symptoms, not curing the underlying RSIs. Non-surgical alternative treatments such as botanical medicine (herbs), sports medicine (acupuncture, acupressure, Electro-'Acuscope and Myopulse), massage, and therapeutical exercises are not in a doctors medicine bag.
